Michigan (Westside Mothers, Michigan AAP v. Olsezewski, filed 1999)

    August 2007 U.S. District Court approved a settlement in a federal lawsuit that will increase Medicaid reimbursement rates for physicians and dentists who treat children and expand access to the Medicaid program.
